Unlike many sales professionals, Karen Rose, a sales associate with Luxury Partners Realty, Boca Raton, enjoys designing and maintaining her own Web site. �I like the creative side, and enjoy the ability to do things myself,� she says. �I even designed a special font that I use on my site, as well as my other marketing materials.�
Rose says her site generates a steady flow of inquiries, while giving her greater credibility with buyers and sellers. �Buyers tell me they like the information on my site,� she says. �The sellers like the fact that I have five other sites featuring specific communities in my market area that are linked to my main site.�
In reviewing the site, Richard applauded Rose�s focus on the needs of the customer. �Having buyer and seller tips followed by response forms make natural sense, and there are extensive locallinks for more information,� he says. �It�s also helpful to separate the communities into separate segments like country clubs and waterfront communities. I also like the �request more information� form on every featured listing.�
Eagar also praised the site�s ease of use, MLS search and lead functions. �The home page was easy to read, and the navigation buttons were well placed and simple to follow,� he says.
One of the features that Rose says makes a difference is opening up the property search function to beyond the Boca Raton market. �Buyers can come to my site and search throughout the state of Florida,� she says. �That�s particularly helpful for sellers who live in Boca.
